Somebody help meeeeeeee!
I did everything EXACLY like the video but when I open the model in XNA it's invisible... Sad The bones names appear but the model doesn't...
What did I do wrong?

Maybe you have not made step 4.00, before import the Generic_Item.mesh.ascii inside Blender !
4.00 Convert the character as Generic_Item.mesh. Load the model in XNALara. In the main window, hit the function key F11



Send me your MOD and i fix the problem quickly.

You have used a wrong converter.
My GeMeshAsciiToBin.exe and all other tools are here http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showpost.php?p=3799711&postcount=2

Move your Generic_Item.mesh.ascii over my GeMeshAsciiToBin.exe and finish. The converter MeshAsciiToBin.exe from Dusan works only for countrys, which are marked with blue color in this image.

BTW: Move your Generic_Item.mesh.ascii first over my AddCameraTargets.exe http://xnalara.home-forum.com/t18-add-cameratargets-modpublisher-changebonenames-meshbintouvmap-changescenefile-modprotector-mesh_cleanup-and-autotexture-utility-s to add the Camera pivots and after this over GeMeshAsciiToBin.exe to convert it as Generic_Item.mesh.

Here I am, once again, asking for help! Razz Embarassed

I managed to remove the gears of this Leon model! cheers
Buuuuuuuuut when I go to convert the mesh.ascii file the converter crashes... Sad
It's probably something on my computer, isn't it?

Edit the Generic_Item.mesh.ascii with notepad.
Change the first line from 64 # bones to 82 # bones Wink



Next time, use my Blender exporter Wink

Look like you try to load a model, which are make for XPS, with XNALara version before 9.7.8
Or you has not used the latest blender exporter.

Which version from XNALara do use?
Look on the titel bar from main window.
Or invoke Help-->About
Example 7.1 or 9.7.7 or 9.7.8 or 10.5

Which version of the GeMeshAsciiToBin converter do you use?
Give the file name. For example MeshAsciiToBin.exe or GeMeshAsciiToBin.exe or GeMeshAsciiToBinV2.exe
Or move the mouse pointer above the program file and give the version number and creation time. Example version 2.0.0.1 creation time 01-09-2011

Solution: USe the latest XNALara version 10.5 http://xnalara.home-forum.com/t166-xna-posing-studio-105
This version support the old Dusan .mesh format and the Generoc_Item.mesh format version 1 and version 2 !
